IT Services Manager
Griffin started in the IT field in 2000. He provided support for the banking industry before leaving the corporate life for business network consulting. He enjoyed the challenge of working with different business and network designs. Most of all, he learned that serving smaller business owners fits the style of support he found most rewarding. Building relationships and providing the care that makes a difference in the lives of the BRI Works clients he supports is what drives him in delivering high-quality, customized solutions.
ITS Account Manager
Evan has been providing excellent customer service at BRI since 2009. He has been instrumental in developing Products and Services that allow customers to concentrate on what is most important to them: running their own business. Any questions you have regarding IT and how it affects your business, he is there to answer for you! Evan’s firm belief in Customer Satisfaction as his number one priority will make you glad you do business with BRI.
Prior to joining BRI in 2009, Evan sold Intelligence Software to the Federal Intelligence Community and was Team Leader for Federal Civilian Sales of VMware virtualization software at Carahsoft Corporation. He has a B.S. in Business Administration.
Jason has served the ITS team since 2010 in customer service and relationship roles, including managing service requests, quoting and ordering hardware and software, and keeping track of client license renewals.
As head of procurement for BRI’s Charlottesville office, he manages vendor relations for IT Services, and stays abreast of emerging products and services that will better serve our clients. Jason has both Cisco and Microsoft product certifications.
Caleb has been tinkering with computers since he first laid his eyes on one as a kid. Sticking with the mantra of “do what you love, and love what you do” Caleb has been working with technology ever since. Above all else, his main goal is to make sure his clients are always happy. He loves to find ways for technology to work for people, instead of getting in their way.
After several years in the IT field in Northern Virginia, Caleb and his wife found out they would be having a baby boy and made the decision to move back to his hometown of Charlottesville. Charlottesville has always been Caleb’s home at heart, so he is happy to call it his true home once again.
Mike has worked in the IT field since 1995. He started providing service and support to customers in the medical community at doctors’ offices and surgery centers. Since then he has worked with customers from many specialties such as legal, retail, and many others.
Before coming to BRI works Mike lived in Oregon and was a partner in his own IT services business focusing in the healthcare sector. He has travelled extensively around the country for business and lived on both coasts.
Mike has attained MCSA and MCSE certifications for many versions of Microsoft Windows and servers since 1998 and continues to learn the latest products and technologies.
