Billing Policies for hourly work:
- Billed in 15-minute increments
- One hour minimum for onsite and emergency work
- 30-minute minimum for remote session
- Pre-paid plans automatically renew upon depletion
- All work done on BRI holidays is billed at double the regular hourly rate.
